• As a receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility.

Working onsite, you will report to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others. As a receptionist, you'll: + Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. + Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow. + Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems. + Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed. + Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy. + Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized. + Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.

• Required Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or GED + 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered + Convey information and maintain a positive, tone during calls + Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow + Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization + Experience improving patient care and experience + This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

We require TB screening upon hire.
