Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support daily operations at our clinic in Delray Beach. This role is primarily focused on administrative and operational support within a clinical setting. It is not a traditional back-office Medical Assistant position, though candidates with a Medical Assistant certification and phlebotomy experience are encouraged to apply. Occasional clinical support tasks, such as blood draws, may be part of the role based on business needs and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage client appointments, including scheduling and confirmations Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation and compliance requirements Organize and monitor medical supplies and inventory levels Coordinate with laboratories regarding sample handling and results Support overall clinic organization, cleanliness, and readiness Assisting with clinical tasks, including phlebotomy (if qualified) Supporting clinic events, outreach activities, or promotional initiatives Assisting with supply transport or errands related to clinic operations Providing general administrative support as neededQualifications:
Medical Assistant certification preferred or required based on scope of duties Phlebotomy experience preferred Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or similar environment preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environmentTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) Experience with EMR or CRM systems is a plus Ability to learn new systems and tools as neededRequirements:
Ability to work on-site in Delray Beach, FL Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and/or weekends Valid driver's license for occasional work-related tasksImportant Note:
This role is designed to support both the administrative and operational needs of the clinic. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, and training will be provided where appropriate.Job Type:
