Job description: Patient Liaison - Infusion Center (Full-Time, Delray Beach) First Choice Infusion- Delray Beach, FL First Choice Neurology is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Patient Liasison Coordinator to join our Infusion Center in Delray Beach, FL. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and messages Maintain and manage drug inventory for the infusion center Perform general front desk duties, including data entry and records management Assist clinical team with administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in a medical front desk role required Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures Familiarity with drug inventory management preferred Experience with Pyxis or similar automated medication dispensing systems a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Schedule:
