WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
: We're looking for an
PEDIATRIC
front desk coordinator for 5 Full days a week . A positive attitude and good energy means everything to us. Also, you must be a team player, be willing to learn, function well independently, be detail-oriented, and be an effective communicator with both children and adults. Experience working with children is ideal, but the enthusiasm to work with children is a must. You'll be compensated hourly based on experience. Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Food provided We are seeking qualified candidates for an entry-level position at our pediatric office. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, taking messages and relaying information to the appropriate parties. Ideal candidates will have a background in the medical field and enjoy working in an exciting environment with a variety of people.
Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Answers incoming calls, directs them to the appropriate staff member. Inform patients of their appointments and any schedule adjustments. Adheres to HIPAA policies regarding confidentiality and other regulations. Communicate with the billing department regarding patient balances due and insurance information. Maintain positive working relationships with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and other hospital staff members.
