7:00 AM-4:00

Lake Harris Dental is seeking a friendly, highly organized, and motivated team member to become the first impression of our practice. This is more than a front desk position—you'll play a key role in welcoming patients, converting new patient calls into appointments, managing insurance and billing, and helping our practice grow through outstanding service. What You'll Do Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments Verify insurance, process claims, and manage billing Present financial arrangements and collect payments Keep the schedule productive and organized Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient Work closely with the doctor and team to achieve practice goals We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience Dental insurance and billing experience Proven ability to convert calls into new patients Outstanding customer service and communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong work ethic, dependable, and goal-oriented Positive, friendly, and team-focused What We Offer Competitive pay based on skills and experience Performance-based earning opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) 6 Paid National Holidays 401(k) with 4% employer match Family dental benefits No evenings or weekends Opportunities for professional growth Not for Everyone We're looking for someone who takes ownership, embraces accountability, enjoys helping people, and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.
