The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule for doctors and hygienists Check patients in and out during appointments Collect patient payments and accurately post payments in Dentrix Coordinate treatment schedules and follow up on pending appointments Maintain accurate documentation and patient information Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience
Requirements:
Previous dental office experience preferred Experience with dental scheduling software is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Professional appearance and positive attitude

9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00
