Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Check-In receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Check patients in and verify demographic and insurance information Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred Knowledge of insurance verification is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and EMR systems Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor How to
