Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing essential administrative support. Experience with eclinical works preferred.
Position hours:
Sunday 8am-9pm, Monday 8am-8pm, Tue 8am-8pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently. Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Assist in the collection of payments and manage accounts receivable. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans for patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Skills Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred. Effective phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
