We are looking for a personable, dependable, and organized individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines patient communication, front desk responsibilities, outreach, and practice growth support. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a moderate to fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating positive experiences for others. Responsibilities May Include Welcoming patients and helping create a positive office atmosphere Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk operations Communicating with current and past patients through phone, text, and email Supporting patient follow-up and overall patient experience Assisting with community outreach and relationship building Helping coordinate occasional events and marketing initiatives Maintaining organized records and completing administrative tasks Supporting day-to-day office operations and team needs What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Organized with good attention to detail Comfortable multitasking and working in a small team environment Ability to naturally connect with people and build relationships Willingness to learn and take initiative Experience in customer service, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, sales, marketing, or administrative work is preferred but not required.
