Job Description
Our office is a multi-specialty dental practice looking for an experienced, highly motivated treatment plan coordinator with front office administrator knowledge. We are focus in providing our patients a high quality dental care in an office that values them as family. The position requires someone who shares these values, who possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, and who has the ability to interact with patients on a highly professional level. In addition, familiarity with coordinating restorative treatment, re-care, and maintaining productive schedules are all a must.
Qualification:
Prior dental office administrative experience At least one year of treatment plan coordinator Computer knowledge, good writing skills, and familiarity preferably with Eaglesoft. Be able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Knowledgeable with PPO insurance Have exceptional communication skills Great customer service oriented Promote office by internal marketing Fluent inEnglish and Spanish Job Type:
