Full Job Description Locations:
Lakeland & Winter Haven, Florida Central Florida Sleep Diagnostic & Treatment Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time position will work between our Lakeland and Winter Haven locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced medical office. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who can multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering and managing a high-volume multi-line telephone system Scheduling appointments and verifying patient information Collecting co-pays and updating insurance and demographic information Coordinating patient flow and communicating with clinical staff Performing general front office administrative duties Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of medical office or front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy medical practice Dependable, professional, and a team player Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Electronic Health Records is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred If you enjoy helping patients and working in a collaborative healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.
