Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Schedule appointments accurately, coordinate follow-ups, and manage the clinic calendar using medical office management software Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and handle collections related to dental billing.
