We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our practice. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Duties Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and care Use of multi-line phones to make, answer, and direct phone calls Monitor the schedule throughout the day to ensure that it runs smoothly and maximizing the daily production goal Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and clinical confidentiality Requirements Dental office experience is preferred Dentrix experience preferred Knowledge of dental procedures preferred Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients, parents, doctors, and staff, in person and on the telephone Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting .
