Join Our Team! North Beach Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Secretary to become the face of our growing outpatient physical therapy clinic. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Part-time Monday-Friday Approximately 4 hours per day Morning or afternoon schedule available based on clinic needs Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations as needed Collect copays and patient payments Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation Communicate with insurance companies, physician offices, and patients Assist with general administrative and office tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new software Detail-oriented and dependable Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous medical office or front desk experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
