Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Maintain organized filing systems (electronic) Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Assist with insurance calls, documentation, billing, hiring
Requirements:
English proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken) High school diploma or equivalent required Office or administrative experience preferred but not required•we will train the right candidate Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience in a healthcare, ABA, or education setting Why Join Us?
