Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Accurately enter all prescriptions into the ADS referral system. Contact patients to schedule appointments and enter appointment details into the ADS scheduler. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Communicate with doctors' offices, attorneys, and workers' compensation companies to obtain patient and referral information. Perform accurate and timely data entry. Review and verify all received information, with special attention to prescription and insurance details. Respond promptly to emails, messages, and other communications. Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Representative to achieve departmental goals and resolve issues efficiently. Screen patients for potential contraindications and ensure MRI procedures can be performed safely. Confirm next-day appointments as needed. Train and onboard new Scheduling Department team members.
Qualifications:
Experience using scheduling software and healthcare management systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and MRI safety screening is preferred. No Third Party Agencies or Submissions Will Be Accepted.
