Full Time Position Purpose:
To take care of the administrative, customer service and sales aspects of the dental practice in a way the maximizes our patient experience. To provide assistant and support to the dentist and clinical staff with communications with patients, vendors, and others. To maintain and follow up with patients about their dental treatment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. In charge of creating accurate patient files and input insurance information in a way consistent with our procedures 2. Responsible for Accounts Receivable and collections from insurance companies and Patients 3. Responsible for Accounts Payable and accuracy of bills prior to payment based on company procedures 4. Insurance Submission, including those with additional material requirements in an efficient way and in accordance with best practices and offer procedures 5. Perform account reviews for patients in a timely and effective matter 6. Responsible for ordering in a timely manner and as specified in our procedures 7. Patient Follow up for their dental treatment and recurring care 8. Checking out patients accurately in professionally 9. Treatment Presentation and Care Credit Financing Coordination 10. Assist the practice in Marketing Activities as decided by the management and the dentist.
Qualifications:
1. 2 Years of experience in top performance dental office 2. Excellent Analytical and Accounting related Skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 4. Strong written and verbal communication 5. 2-year experience at submitting and follow up dental claims 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills 7. 2 years of experience working with Dentrix Ascend or similar 8. Bilingual is A+ 9. Excellent Phone Etiquette 10 Trainable and teachable.
