This is not a casual receptionist position. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy: Learning systems and processes. Working in a highly organized environment. Becoming highly reliable and detail-oriented. Communicating clearly and professionally- Improving through feedback and repetition. No dental experience is required. We provide extensive training for candidates who demonstrate the right work habits, thinking style, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Training will be provided for: Insurance verification and insurance data entry. Patient scheduling and appointment coordination. Claims processing and insurance follow-up. Patient account reviews and payment collection. Patient check-in and check-out procedures. Treatment coordination support. Follow-up communication with patients. Administrative and operational front office support- Inventory tracking and supply ordering.
Qualifications:
We are hiring based primarily on behavior, structure, and coachability rather than dental experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
$15/hour during initial training period. Performance-based increase after first 90 days. Advancement opportunities based on reliability, learning ability, and performance.
