•1099 Employee needed. Must be available during open office hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm

OFFICE LOCATED IN PALATKA- CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN TEMPORARILY IN ORANGE PARK!

!!! (Training is about 1 week long.) We are looking for that special person that wants the chance to help us build the business and treat it like their own. This will open up a lot of opportunities for the right person! Fast paced Medical clinic is seeking a responsible, very friendly, and compassionate, front desk receptionist. Candidate must work well under pressure for a busy, well-established statewide clinic. We are looking for someone who can work INDEPENDENTLY and is RELIABLE, DETAIL- ORIENTED, EFFICIENT, PUNCTUAL, ORGANIZED and

SELF-MOTIVATED.

The candidate must have knowledgeable experience with computers and EMR software, be able to follow instruction, possess the ability to answer calls, take notes, work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at ALL times, be flexible, be willing to perform front office duties, maintain patient records, follow HIPAA laws, update patient information, manage telephones/email/fax, schedule patient appointments, collect payments, educate patients on the process of being certified for medical cannabis, as well as other medical services that we offer like Weight Loss, Hormones, and Peptides. Also available to assist with marketing out in the field. Previous medical experience is helpful but not required. Regular office hours are Mon-Fri from 9-4 and may be needed on an occasional Saturday for community events and marketing.

Duties expected:

Answer phones Schedule appointments Check patients in/out Process patients for follow up appointments Collect payments Input patient demographics/communication notes Create profiles in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry Confirm appointments Scan patient documentation Data entry Field Marketing Educate and consult patients

•This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. No health benefits offered at this time.
