Job Description
Responsibilities
- Obtaining Referrals/Authorizations
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Scanning
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at check in
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience a must
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using medical office EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
