Position Summary:
As the first point of contact with our patients, the Director of First Impressions plays a critical role in the success of our office. Our Company seeks the right person to join our dedicated team. We are a multi-specialty dental practice with offices in Aventura, Pembroke Pines and Hollywood area and has been serving our community for over 50 years. The ideal candidate will be a warm, cheerful, and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with people. A key responsibility in this role is assisting patients in a non-clinical related matter, scheduling appointments, and obtaining all necessary and relevant information from our patients with a pleasant and upbeat style. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum 2-year dental office experience Working knowledge of key dental terminology and procedures. Experience working with dental software. High School Diploma Fluent in English and Spanish helpful, but not required.
