  • Medical Spa We are a well-established and growing Medical Spa located in Plantation, Florida .
We have proudly served our community for over six years and care for a high volume of patients every day. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist with proven experience in customer service, patient care, and sales. This is a permanent and stable position with a professional, positive, and supportive work environment. Mandatory Requirements Must be fluent in both English and Spanish . Must have previous front desk or receptionist experience in a Medical Spa, medical office, plastic surgery practice, dermatology office, cosmetic clinic, or similar healthcare setting . Must have experience providing excellent customer service and handling patient concerns. Must have strong sales skills and feel comfortable discussing treatments, promotions, products, and financing options. Must communicate clearly, professionally, and pleasantly both in person and over the phone. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Please do not apply unless you meet the bilingual and medical reception experience requirements listed above. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to text messages and patient inquiries. Communicate confidently and professionally with patients over the phone. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Maintain accurate and organized provider schedules. Follow up with new leads and convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments. Follow up with patients after treatments to ensure satisfaction. Educate patients about treatments, current promotions, memberships, financing options, and skincare products. Assist patients with CareCredit and Cherry financing applications when applicable. Process payments, issue receipts, and complete daily cash reconciliation. Confirm that consent forms, medical histories, and all required documentation are completed before procedures. Update and maintain accurate patient records. Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows. Manage patient flow throughout the day to provide an efficient and positive experience. Fill open appointment times by managing waitlists and contacting patients. Handle patient questions and concerns calmly, respectfully, and professionally. Help the practice meet monthly scheduling and sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support medical providers and other team members with administrative and front desk duties as needed. The Ideal Candidate Has at least two years of relevant front desk, medical reception, customer service, or sales experience. Is friendly, pleasant, professional, and confident. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Knows how to listen to patients, explain information clearly, and create a positive experience. Is comfortable handling a high volume of calls, messages, appointments, and patients. Remains calm, respectful, and solution-focused during stressful situations. Is proactive and does not need constant supervision. Has a strong work ethic and works well as part of a team. Is comfortable using computers, appointment scheduling software, and electronic medical record systems. Is interested in aesthetics and passionate about excellent patient care.
