Job Summary:

Medical Front Desk Receptionist We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Plantation FL. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-office operations. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, handling patient inquiries, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments. Verify and update patient information, including insurance details. Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office flow. Required Skills Must be comfortable on the phone/being first person people see when they walk into clinic Bilingual in English and Spanish Comfortable in a fast paced work environment Schedule/Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Languages required Spanish
