The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations between the front and back office and supporting the overall efficiency of the practice. Team oriented environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate patient records, including filing documents and updating information in electronic health systems. Handle medical scheduling, ensuring that appointments are organized and efficiently managed.
