Job Description
Experienced Medical Receptionist/Front Desk needed for quick hire. Experience 2-3 years required. Knowledge of Availity & ECW EMR system required. (NOT an Entry Level Position) Must know insurance verification and collect correct amounts and prepare nightly batch report. Work cash register. Be self motivated and not need reminders. Pleasant personality and welcoming attitude. Phone, Fax, Email, MS Word, Excel knowledge needed. Must be able to follow instructions well and must be a team player. Keep front office organized. Other tasks as assigned. Reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic is needed. Must be flexible and have NO schedule restrictions. Must be able to do any schedule per the need of the clinic. Free Parking, Employee Discount and completion bonus offered. Pay is dependent on experience level & skill set. We are also hiring Medical Assistant 18-20/hr (Part Time & PRN)
