The Physician provides medical assessments and evaluations, provides treatment for chronic medical conditions, and participates in organizational initiatives to help prevent diseases. This facility has 80-90 beds on the inpatient unit. The Physician works under the direction of the Site Medical Director and/or the Statewide Medical Director in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure that efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided. Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Active and unrestricted MD/DO license or the ability to obtain one required
• Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
