Job Description

Goodshine Dental is a new, modern dental practice in Tamarac looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time position for someone who enjoys working with people and creating an excellent patient experience. As one of the first people our patients interact with, you will play an important role in making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. Because we are a new practice, this is also an opportunity to grow with the office and help us develop efficient front-office systems from the beginning.
Schedule Monday:
8:30 AM-3:30
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM-2:00 PM Approximately 12 hours per week , with the potential for additional hours as the practice grows. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Check patients in and out Answer incoming phone calls and text messages Schedule and confirm appointments Assist new patients with registration and required forms Maintain an organized and efficient schedule Communicate appointment information and office policies clearly Collect patient payments and provide receipts Assist with basic insurance information and verification as needed Maintain accurate patient information in the practice management system Monitor the schedule throughout the day and communicate delays or changes Coordinate with the dentist, treatment coordinator, dental assistants, and other team members Keep the reception and patient-facing areas organized and presentable Follow up with patients regarding appointments when appropriate Help develop efficient front-office workflows as the practice grows Qualifications Dental front-office experience preferred Spanish-speaking required
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 14.0 per week
