Front & Back Office Coordinator | Medical Front Office Specialist Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day The front office is where great patient experiences begin. This role supports both patient-facing responsibilities and administrative office functions, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and likes staying busy throughout the day. What we can't teach is a positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and comfort with technology. What You'll Do Patient Experience & Front Desk Support Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression Check patients in and out efficiently Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments Help patients navigate paperwork and next steps in their care Collect copays and process payments Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area Scheduling & Administrative Support Manage provider schedules and appointment calendars Verify patient demographics and insurance information Maintain accurate patient records Scan, upload, and organize electronic documents Assist with office workflows and daily operational tasks Support providers and team members as needed Team Collaboration Work closely with providers, medical assistants, and leadership Communicate professionally with patients and coworkers Help solve problems and keep daily operations running smoothly Jump in where needed to support the success of the office Computer Proficiency Is Required This is a technology-driven healthcare environment. You will spend most of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, managing records, and communicating with patients. We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures. However, applicants should already be comfortable using computers throughout the day.
