Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment. This position is Monday - Friday 6:45am-3:30pm. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming patient visits. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with scheduling and coordinate patient referrals as necessary. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping. Communicate effectively with patients regarding dental terminology and procedures. Support the dental clinic management team as needed. Experience Must have experience within the dental field . Familiarity with dental terminology and office management practices is advantageous. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. Experience in managing medical records and scheduling within a healthcare setting is a plus. Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental office software will be beneficial.
