As a front office specialist you are responsible for welcoming our patients in person and on the phone, checking patients in/out, collecting copays and deductibles, explaining policies and procedures, and scheduling appointments. Our ideal candidate should be outgoing, energetic, able to multi-task, have proper phone etiquette, be a team player, responsible, dependable, and have an clean appearance with a contagious smile. Bilingual in Spanish. Previous medical office experience necessary. Preference will be given to those with previous Modernizing Medicine EHR (EMA) and Phreesia experience.
