This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage provider schedules alongside litigation-related events while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication with attorneys, providers, and patients. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading and understanding legal documents, coordinating multiple calendars in real time, and balancing clinic schedules with litigation demands such as depositions, conferences, teleconferences, and trial appearances. Experience in processing medical records is strongly preferred. This individual must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to resolve scheduling challenges efficiently. Performance Indicators Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and reliability Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple priorities and internal deadlines Comfortable working with large volumes of data Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Professional communication skills via phone and email with patients, attorneys, providers, and business partners Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills Responsibilities Process subpoenas for medical records Manage multiple providers and litigation calendars in real time Coordinate communication with attorneys, paralegals, physicians, and providers Manage billing and invoicing for the litigation department Compile, maintain, retrieve, copy, and track medical records Schedule depositions, teleconferences, conferences, and trial appearances with law offices Scan paper charts into the EMR system Review and process medical record requests Obtain medical records from outside physicians' offices and hospitals Release records to physician offices, attorneys, patients, and insurance companies in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency Schedule Full-time 8:00 am

  • 4:00 pm Friday This position requires you to work on-site at our Winter Park, FL, location Pay $18.00

Education Required:
