Pediatric Dental Front Office Coordinator No Dental Experience Required — Training Provided Are you outgoing, organized, and comfortable helping people make decisions? Our pediatric dental office is looking for a friendly, confident Front Office Coordinator who can create a great experience for children and their families. You do not need previous dental or childcare experience. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, close attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with people. If you have experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another people-focused role, you may be an excellent fit. What You'll Do Warmly welcome and check patients in and out Answer phones and assist families with questions Schedule appointments and maintain an organized, productive schedule Confirm upcoming visits and help reduce cancellations and missed appointments Check insurances Clearly explain appointments, office policies, and payment expectations Collect and accurately record patient payments Help families understand recommended next steps and confidently schedule needed care Keep patient and scheduling information complete and accurate Communicate closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are Friendly, energetic, and highly social Confident speaking with people in person and over the phone Persuasive and comfortable asking families to schedule care and complete payments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Dependable, professional, and calm in a busy environment Comfortable interacting with children and parents—no special childcare experience is necessary Willing to learn dental terminology, scheduling systems, and office procedures Motivated by goals and helping the practice succeed Experience Dental experience is welcome but not required . We are happy to train the right person. Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, reception, or appointment scheduling is especially valuable.
