We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications Collect and process payments, verify insurance eligibility, and explain financial options Manage patient charts, referrals, and electronic communications in Dentrix Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling efficiency Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby environment Follow up with unscheduled treatment and missed appointments Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental EMR system Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Team player mindset with a commitment to excellence High level of professionalism and reliability Preferred Qualities Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing Ability to handle high patient volume with grace Positive attitude and ability to help foster a supportive work culture Benefits Competitive pay Paid holidays and time off Uniform allowance 401(k) Supportive and team-centered environment
