You'll be the first face patients and parents see and often the person who sets the tone for their whole visit. You'll know families by name. You'll be the calm, organized person who keeps the whole day running. What you'll do Greet patients and families, check them in/out Answer phones and manage scheduling Coordinate appointments and handle records/insurance basics Work closely with our clinical team to keep the day moving Who thrives here Positive people People who like people Fast learners Great communicators Someone reliable we need consistent Friday coverage Someone who wants responsibility, not micromanagement Experience Nice if you have it.
