We're looking for a friendly, organized, people-first Front Desk Representative who loves connecting with others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're the kind of person who can juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and make every patient feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door, we'd love to meet you. We're a modern, growth-minded dental office using Open Dental, and we're building a team culture that's supportive, positive, and drama-free. We believe great patient care starts at the front desk. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments Check patients in and out while creating a smooth, positive experience Verify insurance benefits and collect payments Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email Maintain an organized schedule and help keep the day running on time Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow Keep the front office clean, organized, and inviting Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for patients and teammates alike What We're Looking For Front desk, customer service, or dental experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Experience with Open Dental is a plus Outstanding communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems A friendly personality that makes people feel comfortable and cared for Perks Competitive pay Monthly bonus opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunities for growth and advancement Modern technology and systems Paid holidays and PTO A positive, drama-free workplace A team that genuinely enjoys working together The Energy We're not looking for someone who just wants a job—we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team.
