We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional support to both patients and dental staff. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care in a friendly environment. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and assist with the check-in process. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently. Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate patient records and health information management. Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Support the dental team with administrative duties as needed, including medical scheduling and collection processes. Ensure that the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Experience Previous experience in a dental office is required. Familiarity with dental receptionist duties, including phone etiquette and patient interaction. Knowledge of insurance verification processes. Dentrix knowledge required. Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
