Job Description

Dental Front Desk Receptionist About the Position We are looking for a friendly, positive, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. Our front office is the first and last impression many patients have of our practice, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience. We are a busy practice that is continuing to grow and improve. We value teamwork, excellent patient care, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The ideal person for this position is adaptable, enjoys learning, communicates well, and is willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and help them feel welcome Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and treatment Help maintain an organized and productive schedule Perform general dental front-office and administrative duties Work closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants and management Help teammates when needed and contribute to a positive office environment Learn and adapt as our practice continues to grow and improve What We're Looking For Friendly, approachable and comfortable talking with people Positive and professional, even during busy or stressful days Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to multitask Comfortable learning new systems and procedures Receptive to feedback and change A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others Basic computer skills Dental or medical front-office experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train an exceptional candidate who has the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people.
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 32 hours per week
Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to grow with our practice.
