Our well-established and highly regarded practice in Rome GA is searching for an experienced front desk team member to provide outstanding support to our loyal patient base. Our experienced and tight-knit team will be by your side to ensure your success. Front desk office duties to include: Friendly, outgoing personality; looking for someone who directs the office flow and keeps things on track Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task as well as to respond positively and quickly to changes in the schedule Experience with Dental PMS a must. Well-versed in filing and following up on insurance claims, including in network benefits, required. Excellent phone personality and ability to answer calls and schedule patients effectively, following up on patients who have not scheduled for their treatment The ability to discuss treatment plans and insurance benefits with patients and make sure that they get their questions answered and are put on the schedule Ability to manage the daily schedule and repair changes in the schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the team Perform end-of-day tasks of balancing a deposit, depositing checks, running the appropriate daily reports to close out the day. 3 or more years of dental experience required.
