This position plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience while managing scheduling, insurance verification, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing treatment costs, verifying dental insurance benefits, and maintaining accurate patient records. Schedule This position is approximately 30-35 hours per week with the following availability required:

Wednesday:

8:30 AM•5:00

PM Thursday:

8:30 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM•5:00pm Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm Qualifications Prior dental front office experience preferred Experience verifying dental insurance and estimating copays strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing financial information with patients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental practice software is a plus Hourly pay based on experience
