Job description: As a key member to the Neuro Spine Atlanta - you will support high-quality, patient-focused care within a multidisciplinary clinic offering neurology, interventional pain management, and orthopedic services. You'll work in a clinical setting dedicated to innovative, non-opioid treatments and minimally invasive care. SUMMARY:
The Front Desk check In/Out position is responsible for welcoming visitors and patients, setting appointments, checking patients in and setting up follow up appointments.
DUTIES:
Welcomes visitors and patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by checking patient's in in a timely manner Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Keeps open communication with pre-cert team of orders for patients daily. Scan documents to charts Print out handouts/ assist clinical staff Keep up with spreadsheets other Duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicates effectively with the patient, medical staff, and attorneys Caring demeanor towards patients and co-workers Clinical knowledge and terminology Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Working knowledge of computers, fax, copiers and other technology as needed Strong administrative skills with attention to details and accuracy
