Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and personable schedule coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and families and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. 2 location practice

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage communications
• Verify insurance benefits
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, parents, doctors, and the orthodontic team
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and welcoming office environment What We're Looking For
• Previous dental or orthodontic front-office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and insurance with patients
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with dental/orthodontic software is a plus ( will train right candidate) What We Offer
