What We're Looking For A positive attitude, growth mindset, and genuine willingness to learn A minimum of 3 years of front desk experience in a medical or dental office (experience in multiple front office roles is a plus) A warm, outgoing personality that helps patients and families feel welcome from the moment they arrive—and the ability to make even the most nervous new patient feel at ease within seconds Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball—busy days energize you rather than drain you Strong experience with patient scheduling, including managing multi-provider schedules, filling openings, reducing no-shows, and maximizing efficiency Confidence discussing patient accounts, including copays, deductibles, insurance verification, payment posting, and resolving billing questions Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, documentation, and workflow management Outstanding communication skills with patients, parents, teammates, and providers A proactive problem-solver who identifies challenges and helps implement practical solutions A collaborative team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the success of the practice Growth-minded and coachable, with an interest in developing leadership skills and mentoring others Patient-focused, handling questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Someone seeking long-term stability and who values a family-oriented, non-corporate culture Bilingual skills are highly desired and help us better serve our community What You'll Do As a member of our front office team, you'll help create an outstanding patient experience while keeping the practice running smoothly each day.
