Job Description

This position will be responsible for greeting patients as they arrive at the office, as well as helping schedule future appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a friendly personality and the ability to communicate clearly with patients, doctors and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct messges to the appropriate individuals. Provide basic information to callers. Answer inbound walk-in inquiries. Check-in and check-out patients. Scan document, manage in-coming and out-going faxes. Collect information form New and Established patients. Collect co-pays, deductibles and past due balances. Call patients to confirm appointments.
