Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Front Office Team Member to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will have dental front office experience and a solid understanding of dental insurance, but we are willing to train the right person with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage multi-line phones in a professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Greet and check in/out patients with a welcoming attitude Present treatment plans and explain financial options Process payments and maintain accurate account records Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment Support clinical staff as needed for smooth daily operations Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental office experience (is a plus but not required) Familiarity with dental insurance and claim processing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus) A team player who values kindness, respect, and quality care
