Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced back office team member for a specialty practice in Athens/Watkinsville, GA, preferably residing in or near the area. The new Team Member is responsible for working in a medical clinic for foot and ankle services assisting the Physician. We are looking for someone who can communicate with patients and co-workers in a professional yet friendly manner, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment! Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities: Passion for helping patients A positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Strong written and oral communication skills A strong work ethic Ability to work well within a team and independently Responsibilities for back office include: Assisting the doctor with patients, patient vitals, patient charts, and helping with DME supplies. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, can multi-task, ability to learn and follow policies and procedures, and provide 5-star service to our patients.
