This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients while managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations. This role requires proficiency in medical terminology and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. A strong background in medical billing, coding, and patient service is highly desirable.

•Must be willing to travel to both Aiea and Kailua clinics (Aiea will be primary location for this position) Responsibilities Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Schedule and confirm appointments while managing provider schedules efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process payments, handle invoices, and maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with patient intake forms and ensure compliance with clinic policies. Maintain accurate patient files, including care plans and medical history documentation. Promote and educate clients on skincare products, memberships, and promotions. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective patient care and communication. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays. Experience Previous experience in a medical clinic, aesthetics/medical spa, or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and office management systems. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and coding (CPT/ICD) is desired.

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
