Job Summary IMUA Health Group Are you looking for meaningful work without committing to a regular weekly schedule?

IMUA Health Group is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional On-Call Patient Service Executive to provide front-office coverage when our regular team members are unavailable. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who does not depend on consistent hours or regular income, but would enjoy earning occasional supplemental income while making a genuine difference in the community.

At IMUA, our Patient Service Executives are much more than medical receptionists. They are often the first voice a patient hears and the first person they see when seeking mental health care. A warm greeting, a patient response, and a reassuring presence can help someone feel safe, respected, and supported. What You'll Do As an on-call member of our team, you may be asked to: Welcome patients and create a warm, professional, and inclusive experience Answer telephone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions Check patients in and out for appointments Collect payments and confirm demographic and insurance information Communicate with clinicians and administrative team members Assist with routine front-office and clerical responsibilities Protect patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality Help keep the office running smoothly when additional coverage is needed This Position May Be Perfect for

Have a flexible schedule and are comfortable with hours that may vary Do not require guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours Want occasional work that feels purposeful and rewarding Are retired, semi-retired, self-employed, in school, or simply seeking supplemental income Enjoy helping people and being part of a compassionate team Can remain calm, organized, and welcoming in a busy healthcare environment Are dependable and willing to step in when our team needs support What We're Looking For Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer-service skills Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail Comfort working with computers, electronic records, and office equipment Ability to communicate sensitively with individuals seeking mental health services Respect for people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences Previous medical-office, behavioral-health, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA is preferred Important Scheduling Information This is an on-call position, and hours are based on the organization's coverage needs. Shifts are not guaranteed and may become available when a regular Patient Service Executive is ill, on leave, attending training, or otherwise unavailable.
