Part-Time Medical Front Desk Coordinator Hawaii Elite Chiropractic Honolulu, HI Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Wellness program Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Interpersonal skills Medical scheduling Attention to detail Full Job Description Part-Time Medical Front Desk Coordinator Hawaii Elite Chiropractic is looking for a dependable, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping people and keeping a busy healthcare office organized and running smoothly. This is more than a receptionist role. You'll play an important part in the patient experience by managing scheduling, communication, payments, insurance-related tasks, and daily front desk flow. We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments Assist patients in person, by phone, text, and email Process payments and discuss patient balances professionally Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorization requirements Maintain accurate patient records and schedules Communicate closely with doctors and team members throughout the day Keep the front desk organized and help daily operations run smoothly Assist with basic chiropractic therapies or exercises when needed; training provided Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are dependable and consistently show up for your scheduled shifts Take initiative and follow tasks through to completion Are warm, professional, and confident communicating with patients Stay organized and accurate while managing multiple priorities Have strong computer and typing skills and learn new software quickly Pay attention to details and notice when something needs follow-up Work well independently and as part of a team Are comfortable handling payments and basic insurance-related questions Understand the importance of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Medical, chiropractic, dental, physical therapy, or other healthcare front desk experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 17-30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule of at least 3 shifts.
