  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, managing patient interactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of our clinic. Duties
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Process medical collections and verify insurance information, including Medicare.
  • Assist in the management of care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
  • Communicate effectively to enhance patient experience.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow within the clinic. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, including familiarity with care plans and medical collections.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is an advantage.
