Job Description

Supply Management Planner responsible for managing supplier delivery plans, expediting direct materials, resolving past-due orders, and supporting uninterrupted production. Job Requirements Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Management, or equivalent professional experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Experience analyzing supplier delivery information and production requirements Experience managing material delivery plans and past-due orders Experience resolving shipping and receiving issues Preferred Skills Supply management experience Experience in material flow, supplier development, logistics, or operations SAP experience Experience monitoring and improving supplier performance Experience supporting direct material procurement and production planning Job Responsibilities Manage supplier delivery plans for direct materials Expedite materials to support uninterrupted production Conduct supplier meetings to review delinquent orders and establish recovery plans Monitor supplier performance and identify required corrective actions Analyze and resolve past-due purchase orders Track supply issues and escalate production-impacting risks Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies Support timely supplier payment by addressing material and receipt issues Maintain delivery plans for assigned parts based on production requirements Coordinate with Supply Management, logistics, operations, and related functions to resolve material availability issues Support supplier performance improvement initiatives Maintain supplier and delivery information in applicable systems
